CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our Carolantaville Tax team. In this role, you'll work closely with privately held businesses across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, construction, and real estate. You'll gain exposure to complex tax matters, build trusted client relationships, and develop specialized expertise as you shape your career path and pursue your professional goals. This position is an in-office role based out of our Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem offices.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Tax Associate role:

- Prepare, review, and supervise a variety of tax engagements, including S corporation, partnership, and other pass-through entity returns, while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Partner with clients and engagement teams to provide customized tax compliance and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex tax matters and achieve their business objectives.
- Research and analyze technical tax issues, developing practical recommendations and solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple engagements and priorities, driving operational excellence while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering value.
- Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, technical guidance, and support for professional growth.
- Expand your technical and industry expertise through hands-on client experience, ongoing learning opportunities, and collaboration with experienced tax professionals.
- Contribute to a broad range of tax engagements, including C corporation returns, tax provisions, and individual tax returns, as business needs require.

What you will need:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in public accounting or a professional services firm; 3 years is preferred.
