Job Summary:
This is a digital marketing technician role to oversee the management and operations of specialized platforms, processes, and ecosystems for the purposes of driving digital engagement and communication to the target audiences of each degree program. This role is viewed as the digital content executor, responsible for Foleon microsites and eBooks specific to recruitment marketing, admissions Email campaign graphics, small-batch social media content, and digital marketing collaboration on large-scale initiatives. Additionally, this role oversees regular analytic gathering and analysis for actionable insights for the purposes of operational effectiveness and market share growth. The Digital Marketing Content Specialist will work under the Director of Marketing for a minimum of 12 months. Upon the completion of 12 months, there is no promised full-time position, but the person serving in this role will be eligible to apply for an extension or open position, if available.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

Foleon Development — 60%

- Develop branded microsite experiences within Foleon specific to targeted admissions campaigns and recruitment events Includes UX/UI strategy and creative development of microsite graphics/images and video. Will partner with Director of Marketing on site copy

- Develop branded Ebook content within Foleon specific to admissions sales enablement tools, department partner annual reports and public relations needs
- Partnership with Director of Marketing, Director of Admissions and marketing digital team member for CRM system integration and dataflow management
- Consistent analytics and analysis reporting on all microsites and Ebook performance and ROI toward recruitment marketing campaigns

Email Marketing Campaign Creative — 30%

- Creative development of email marketing graphics and video elements for admissions recruitment campaigns
- Partnership with Director Marketing, Director of Admissions and marketing digital team member for A/B (split) testing and advanced drip campaign development across priority campaigns

Social Media and Digital Platform Content Production — 10%

- As assigned, light to mid-level content creation in the form of video and still production for recruitment marketing purposes Including video capture and post-production, still-image capture and post-production, post copy development, proofing, quality assurance and approval, and content posting.

Job Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, strategic communications or digital and video design

Experience

- Minimum of one-year professional experience producing social content creation: video and static
- Minimum one-year in a health system or higher education environment specific to recruitment, admissions and/or brand awareness
- Minimum three-years student experience contributing toward admissions marketing and student engagement

License/Certification

- Hubspot digital marketing certified preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

- Knowledge of higher education compliance and health administration compliance
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: INDD and Photoshop
- Canva
- HubSpot
- SEO tools like SEMRush
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
- Comfort and exceptional ability to multitask and work under fast deadlines
- Comfort in providing superior first-person conversational and written customer service with internal clients
