GMP Trainer - 12hr Night Shift

Tampa, FL (On-Site)

As a GMP Trainer, you will play a key role in developing employee knowledge and capability across our manufacturing operations. You will design and deliver engaging training programs, support employee onboarding and qualification activities, and help ensure training systems remain compliant with regulatory and quality requirements. Working closely with Operations, Quality, and Safety teams, you will help build a skilled workforce that supports operational excellence.

What you will do:

- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, on-the-job training programs, job aids, and assessments.
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training covering safety, GMP, GDP, equipment operation, and site procedures.
- Support onboarding, qualification, cross-training, and refresher training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, qualification documentation, and training matrices.
- Partner with Safety, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure training meets business and compliance requirements.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training solutions to improve employee performance and effectiveness.
- Support training activities across multiple shifts as business needs require.

What we are looking for:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of four years of experience in manufacturing, training, or a related environment.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience creating training content, assessments, and employee development materials.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and training records.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support training on all shifts as needed.

Additional Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds overhead without assistance.
- Ability to perform cleaning activities using a 20-foot wand above head height.
- Ability to wear respiratory protection, including respirators or powered air-purifying respirators, and required protective clothing.
- Ability to work in cold environments and perform physical tasks as required.
