Financial Control & Accounting (FCA) is a global finance organization in Group Finance responsible for securing finance and tax compliance, accounting and financial reporting for most Business Areas, Truck Divisions, and Group Functions in Volvo Group. FCA also hosts our Global Competence Center Finance providing qualitative, process efficient, automated finance deliveries. We are a truly global organization with around 1400 highly professional colleagues in more than 50 countries, closely integrated with local business operations.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders and Process Owners to understand challenges, opportunities and strategic priorities
- Identify, assess and drive opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation and digital transformation
- Lead business analysis activities to define future-state processes, capabilities and solution requirements
- Advise stakeholders on how business processes can be improved through effective use of ERP and digital solutions
- Leverage data and analytics to enhance reporting, planning, forecasting and decision-making capabilities
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, data and technology teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions
- Develop business cases, evaluate opportunities and support prioritization based on business value and strategic impact
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in business transformation and continuous improvement
- Mentor colleagues and promote best practices in business analysis, process excellence and value realization
Qualifications and Experience
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, Finance Transformation, Management Consulting, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading large-scale business transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Experience driving end-to-end process improvements across Finance functions
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and transformations, preferably SAP S/4 HANA
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex initiatives across organizational boundaries
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environment
Preferred Background
- Principal Business Analyst, Finance Transformation Lead, Business Architect, Process Excellence Lead, or Management Consultant
- Experience from Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Global Business Services organizations.
- Background in large-scale Finance transformation programs and ERP modernization initiatives
- Experience working within multinational organizations undergoing digital transformation.

- Accounting process domains including:
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- SAP S/4HANA and enterprise ERP solutions
- Analytics and reporting platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI
- Business Process Management (BPM), process mining, Lean methodology
- Business transformation, operating model design, process standardization, and value realization
- Data-driven decision-making and performance improvement
