What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Teller , you'll provide friendly, personalized service while assisting members with their everyday financial needs. Responsibilities include:

- Provide welcoming, professional customer service and build strong member relationships

- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions

- Handle cash and maintain an accurate, balanced cash drawer

- Learn about members' needs and connect them with appropriate financial products and services

- Answer questions and assist members with their banking needs

- Address member concerns while maintaining a positive experience

- Partner with coworkers to provide consistent, exceptional service

- Follow established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or GED

- Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people

- Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Comfortable working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment

- Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

- Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services

Work Schedule

This full-time Teller position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM , with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM . This predictable schedule provides an opportunity to build your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance .
