The Go-to-Market Manager plays a critical role in enabling strategic growth and business transformation across the North America business. Reporting into the Strategy & Enablement organization, this role serves as a trusted advisor to segment leadership, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, investments, and measurable business outcomes.
The Go-to-Market Manager works closely with Segment Sales Leaders, Finance, HR, IDG/ISG/SSG Business Units, and other cross-functional partners to evaluate market opportunities, optimize investments, execute GTM transformation, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical discipline, sales consulting expertise, and excellent communication skills to accelerate growth and deliver Denali Premium-to-Market growth goals and STAMP objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation
- Consult with Segment Leaders and key stakeholders on fiscal year investment priorities that support Denali business objectives.
- Lead business engineering initiatives, including root cause analysis, process dependency mapping, solution design, and implementation planning.
- Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive to clear recommendations with limited direction.
- Perform scenario modeling and what-if analysis to support strategic decisions across external market conditions, internal organizational design, and critical process dimensions.
- Support the implementation and change management efforts for ISO strategic transformation, including initiatives such as expense management, organization design, account coverage, etc.
- Establish governance processes, milestones, and performance measures to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully executed and adopted.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and develop recommendations that improve business performance, sales productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Go-to-Market Management
- Advise Segment Leaders on investment strategies and resource allocation required to achieve Denali PTM growth objectives.
- Validate and underwrite segment investment requirements, advising segment leaders on operating expense investments alignment with expected business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and measurement frameworks for strategic investments that fall outside traditional performance metrics.
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis of strategic segment investments, providing regular recommendations to leadership.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across multiple organizations to ensure successful execution of high-priority programs.
- Rationalize STAMP objectives to NA Denali PTM targets and prioritize OpEx investments accordingly.
- Partner with Finance and Human Resources to support Invest, Divest, and Reinvest decisions that optimize performance-to-market objectives.
- Present findings, recommendations, and investment performance updates to senior leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Business Analytics & Insights
- Develop analytical frameworks and partner with sales ops to deliver dashboards that provide visibility into investment performance, business outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, segment performance, organizational metrics, and business results to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision making and improve business results.
- Partner with Finance and Business Operations teams to establish key performance indicators and ongoing performance measurement processes.
Stakeholder & Program Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with segment leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and IDG/ISG/SSG Business Units.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Influence decision making across organizational boundaries through strong communication, analytical insights, and business case development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive progress and escalate blockers.
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives for Sales Segment leaders and NA ISO.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Planning, or Finance OR 5+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, BU leadership, or other strategic leadership experience.
Preferred Requirements
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex business issues into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and delivering recommendations to senior leaders.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
- Knowledge of sales strategy, go-to-market planning, business operations, or investment portfolio management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating business investments, ROI, and operating expense management.
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar analytical tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in the technology industry and understanding of enterprise sales models.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is 160,600–246,215 USD . Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
