DESCRIPTION:

Join our HR Shared Services team, where you'll contribute to delivering HR support. As an HR Analyst I, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Working with HR technologies and systems, you'll handle employee inquiries, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the colleague experience.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally experience in HR administration within shared services
• Preferred Fields of Study: HR, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant professional HR certifications advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and case management systems preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional fluency in both German and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
• Experience in benefits administration and time & attendance systems is a plus
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
• Professional demeanor and adaptability

Location: Munich, hybrid - 2 days per week in the office.
FTE: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Contract: Permanent
