Restoration Technician No Experience Needed

About the Role:
Rainbow International of Cincinnati is looking for a motivated and hardworking Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Fairfield, OH — no experience necessary! This is an exciting opportunity to launch a hands-on career in the restoration industry, where every day brings new challenges and the chance to make a real difference for people in their time of need. Responsibilities:
• Perform water, fire, and smoke damage restoration services at residential and commercial job sites
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• Assist with debris removal, demolition, and structural drying processes
• Document job site conditions through photos, notes, and moisture readings
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
• Load, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards on every job

Requirements:
• No prior restoration experience required — full on-the-job training provided
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to emergency calls as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
