CarePath Injury Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Ridley Park, PA clinic . This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours , a consistent weekday schedule , and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Overview

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries . This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients.

Pay & Benefits

- Hourly Pay: $25–$38 per hour (based on experience)

- Employment Type: Full-Time, W2

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, No weekends

Responsibilities

- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

- Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery

- Accurately document treatments and patient progress

- Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans

- Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers

- Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards

- Assist in daily office operations including scheduling patients in the EHR, handling paperwork, phone calls, etc.

Qualifications

- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred

- New graduates encouraged to apply
