Field Representative - Legal Client Services

Apex Staffing is seeking an energetic, dependable Field Representative for a successful and respected Little Rock law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and providing outstanding customer service.

As a Field Representative, you will serve as the face of the firm while meeting with clients and prospective clients throughout the area. This position combines customer service with courier-style responsibilities. You will travel to scheduled appointments, answer general questions, assist clients with documents, and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.

Because assignments and appointment times vary from day to day, this position requires significant scheduling flexibility and reliable personal transportation .

Responsibilities

- Travel to meet with clients and prospective clients at various locations

- Explain documents and assist clients through the signing process

- Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and returned promptly

- Provide professional, compassionate service to individuals experiencing difficult circumstances

- Communicate regularly with attorneys and law firm staff regarding assignments

- Maintain confidentiality and follow all firm policies and procedures

- Respond to assignments with urgency and a positive, solutions-focused attitude

- Represent the firm professionally in every client interaction
