The Supervisor, Warranty is responsible for overseeing the Warranty Purchase Order Specialist team and ensuring best practices for the purchase order process, installation, and capture of repairs under warranty.

Responsibilities:

- Manage high-risk work orders to ensure proper performance and capture repairs under vendor warranty policies.
- Lead a team of purchase order specialists, ensuring trade partners capture before, during, and after photos to meet AMH specifications.
- Provide ongoing vendor training related to AMH specifications and installation standards.
- Perform audits to ensure product purchases align with established standards and work with vendors and Purchasing teams to adhere to corporate programs and pricing.
- Develop, document, and implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and ensure accuracy in the purchase order lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in construction, invoicing, and purchasing preferred.
- Minimum three to five (3-5) years of experience in vendor negotiation or analytics preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
- Experience with Yardi, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced, multi-project operational environment.
- Understanding of the industry with the capability to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel and Outlook required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven leadership skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work effectively as part of team projects.
- Strong customer focus, quality orientation, and results-driven approach.

Compensation
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $57,041.00 to $71,307.00 Annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation
This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
