- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience designing and improving processes

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Flexibility to adapt work hours to meet the needs of the role, including varied hours as club openings and projects demands
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

What Makes You Successful:

- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Comfortably working in an entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Skilled at influencing and aligning teams across functions
