About the Role

Nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire offers world-class hospitality in a stunning setting. Wild Carrot Bar is a vibrant and sophisticated destination where guests come to relax, socialise, and enjoy expertly crafted drinks and exceptional service.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Barback to join our Wild Carrot team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is eager to build a career in luxury hospitality.

As a Barback, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting the bartenders and service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What You Will Do

- Support bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar is fully stocked throughout service
- Replenish beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and other bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all bar areas and back-of-house spaces
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all areas are prepared for service
- Collect and wash glassware and maintain appropriate stock levels during busy periods
- Safely receive, store, and rotate bar stock in line with company standards
- Support inventory and stock control processes as directed by management
- Remove used glassware and keep guest-facing areas clean and presentable
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and service excellence

What You Bring

- Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
- The ability to follow instructions and prioritise tasks effectively
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
