About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to help them transform their bathrooms with innovative remodeling solutions. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity where you'll use cutting-edge technology to design, present, and sell premium bath remodeling products. No cold calling is required. Qualified appointments are provided, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing sales.

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential , making it ideal for driven individuals who are motivated by performance and financial success.

What You'll Do

- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
- Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and renovation goals.
- Create customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use design software.
- Present pricing and financing options while guiding customers through the decision-making process.
- Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed performance goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Previous sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in the remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Comfortable presenting to homeowners and speaking confidently in a professional setting.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local market.
