We are seeking an RN Care Team Leader (CTL) to:
- Be a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous OR experience is required.
- Assess unit needs and ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming shifts, collaborate with other departments (both clinical and non-clinical), and coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
Work Experience
- OR experience is Required
- 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
- 3 years relevant nursing experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin Required
- CPR certification Required
- National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
