MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Facilities Operations Manager to join our team covering multiple properties in FL, VA, and MD.

The Senior Facilities Operations Manager will leverage their strong operational and supervisor background and facilities expertise to oversee physical facility operations, and equipment setups across regional sites while proactively making recommendations for improvement to achieve organizational and client needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Managing daily facilities operations, maintenance activities, and related duties across multiple sites in Florida, Virginia, and Maryland.
- Ensuring the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal facilities issues, logging all maintenance, cleaning, and office/location services, and referring related issues to appropriate personnel.
- Assessing and evaluating physical space requirements of the organization and recommending plans to meet operational needs.
- Making recommendations for process, policy, and infrastructure improvements to effectively achieve organizational and client objectives.
- Accountable for team performance and results, adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Overseeing setup, installation, and proper functioning of specialized operational and facility equipment through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
- Traveling up to 75% across regional locations to support property oversight, technical integration, and on-site training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, management, and staff hiring.
- Demonstrated expertise in facility setups and facility system maintenance across multi-site properties.
- Experience overseeing computer and AV setups and assuring bandwidth capabilities of internet and IT infrastructure.
- Proven track record of evaluating facility operations and delivering recommendations to fulfill client and organizational objectives.
- Significant experience developing and conducting operational and/or staff training programs.
- Proven ability to work across large teams with multiple customers/clients and manage complex operational workflows.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% across regional locations (FL, VA, MD).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing planning through operational stages associated with opening or updating a facility.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive operational changes across teams.
- Experience working within secure government contracting or facility environments hosting government teams.

Clearance Requirements:

- US citizenship is required.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside offices, mechanical spaces, and multi-building properties, and must be able to move and inspect internal and external facilities details.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $123,900.00-$221,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
