Site Coordinator Position Profile
Accountable for the daily operations of a single-person site. Responsible for performing contracted office services, including but not limited to copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
- Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail equipment.
- May be responsible for courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping and receiving, and mail processing and delivery.
- Handle daily customer interactions and maintain professional relationships.
- Responsible for the effective implementation and management of Ricoh Service Excellence programs.
- Understand and efficiently operate required equipment and software to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Achieve profitability goals by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
- Maintain daily operational functions, including creating and completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility issues, and providing general support as needed.
- Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and site occupants.
- Manage office supply inventory and reordering as needed.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and A/V equipment resources.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees through professional communication.
- Collect and provide operational data to leadership and customers, including monthly reporting where required.
- Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Typically Requires:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
- Work assignments are varied and may require interpreting, comprehending, and applying complex information and instructions.
- Prepare, provide, and communicate diversified information.
- Some physical effort is required. Duties may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Moderate dexterity required, including regular use of calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye-hand coordination.
