About this role

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, shapewear, and essentials. We are setting new standards by delivering technically innovative, comfort-driven products with elevated design for everybody.

At the intersection of culture, innovation, and commerce, SKIMS is a global brand redefining modern apparel. Our teams are built on creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment where ambitious, curious, and values-driven individuals can do the best work of their careers.

As we continue to scale globally, our HQ teams play a critical role in shaping strategy, building world-class infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth across markets.

About the role

SKIMS is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own and manage the payroll function for our growing EMEA operation. This is a hands-on, standalone role that sits at the heart of our People & Culture team. The primary focus will be the UK — ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery for our UK population — with the opportunity to support and shape our payroll approach as we expand into new EMEA markets over time.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with the detail of day-to-day payroll processing and the broader thinking needed to help us build a scalable, compliant payroll function as we grow across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1.- UK Payroll Processing & Compliance

· Own and manage end-to-end payroll processing for SKIMS UK using UKG OneView, ensuring accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery every cycle

· Manage all HMRC submissions including RTI filings, P45s, P60s and P11D reporting for benefits in kind and expenses

· Ensure full compliance with UK payroll legislation, statutory payment requirements and auto-enrolment obligations

· Manage payroll inputs, validations and sign-off processes within agreed cut-off timelines

· Act as the primary point of contact for all employee payroll queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
2.- Time & Attendance

· Manage the UKG WFM Time & Attendance system, ensuring accurate data flows into payroll and any discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner

3.- UK Benefits Administration

· Administer employee benefits including pension enrolment, salary exchange and Royal London portal management

· Manage benefits reporting — extracting data from UKG and sharing with external providers as required

· Support the development of a more automated and integrated benefits administration process over time
4.- Systems & Process
· Support the configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing improvement of UKG OneView and WFM

· Partner with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure seamless payroll delivery and strong cross-functional alignment

· Contribute to the development of payroll processes, controls and documentation as the function matures
5.- EMEA Expansion

· Support new country entry across EMEA from a payroll and compliance perspective as the business grows

· Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices in Italy and/or France would be a significant advantage

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

· 8–10 years of payroll experience, ideally having run payroll independently or within a small team

· Strong, hands-on knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, RTI, statutory payments and auto-enrolment

· Experience with payroll systems — UKG OneView strongly preferred

· Proven experience managing employee tax reporting including P11D, P45 and P60 submissions

· Benefits administration experience including pension scheme management and salary exchange

· Experience with system implementations or migrations

· Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure

· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment
Desirable

· Experience with UKG WFM or an equivalent Time & Attendance system · Knowledge of payroll legislation and practices in Italy and/or France · Exposure to multi-country EMEA payroll · Experience working in retail or a high-growth consumer brand · CIPP qualification or equivalent · Proficiency in a second European language
Who You Are You are a payroll professional who takes pride in getting things right. You are used to working independently, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and energised by the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain it. You bring the expertise to navigate complexity, the pragmatism to find solutions under pressure and the communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and confident. You understand that payroll is not just a back-office function — it is one of the most fundamental expressions of a company's commitment to its people. And you take that responsibility seriously.

SKIMS is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
