Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent
Looking for a full-time opportunity in the Woodlands area where you can oversee projects, build strong installer partnerships, and help deliver exceptional renovation experiences? YOUR ROLE AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
- Recruit and manage certified cabinet installers in the region
- Perform detailed field measurements for installations and renovations
- Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules
- Visit job sites to ensure quality, progress, and safety compliance
- Communicate with customers, providing updates and resolving issues
- Maintain project records and track materials and labor
- Train and mentor installation professionals for excellence and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
- Enforce company policies and quality standards
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be the primary connection between customers, installers, and internal teams. Your role ensures projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction or home improvement industry
- General knowledge of countertop fabrication/installation, plumbing, and cabinet design and installation processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking
- Ability to travel to job sites
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
