Full Stack Developer IV - .NET

Develop and maintain full-stack web solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core across user interfaces, web APIs, application services, and data-access layers, with an emphasis on secure, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core

- Build RESTful web APIs, server-side services, business logic, and data-access components using Entity Framework Core and relational databases

- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and an applicable framework such as Blazor, Angular, or React

- Apply secure coding, authentication and authorization, exception handling, logging, automated testing, source control, and code-review practices

- Collaborate in Agile teams to integrate, troubleshoot, document, deploy, and support .NET applications in cloud or enterprise environments

Requirements

- US Citizenship

- Able to obtain a Public Trust designation for access to sensitive, unclassified government information

- At least 10 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, including hands-on .NET full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET Core, web APIs, front-end technologies, and relational data-access components

- C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core

- REST APIs, MVC, dependency injection, and middleware

- Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL, and relational databases

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Blazor, Angular, or React

- Unit and integration testing, Git, CI/CD, security, logging, and cloud deployment

- Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
