Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Extrusion Machine Operators for projects located in or around Springdale, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Set up and operate extrusion machinery
- Perform machine changeovers as required
- Monitor and maintain production equipment during operation
- Run extrusion machines safely and efficiently to meet production goals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain product quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous extrusion machine operating experience required
- Experience with machine setup and changeovers
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting
