Essential Functions:
- Set up, maintain, and clean up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Accurately measure, cut, and fabricate aluminum framing, glass, and related materials
- Install commercial glazing systems, including storefront, curtain wall, windows, entrances, and doors, and seal them weathertight
- Safely operate lifts, suction cups, and rigging equipment, and properly manage all assigned tools and materials
- Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety
- Report to the job on time and ready to work, and follow company policies and standards of conduct at all times

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:
- 1-5+ years experience in construction or commercial glazing (preferred)
- OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
- Aerial/scissor lift certification (preferred)
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
- Travel, weekends, and overtime are required (based on project schedules)
- Ability to perform elevated work (lifts, scaffolding, ladders, heights)
- Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75 lbs) (Daily)
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
- Valid transportation required to report to job sites

- In Person: Kansas City, MO 64108: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- Mon-Fri day shift
- Frequent overtime and weekends (based on project schedules)
