Your Role

Delivering secure, reliable, and scalable technology is at the heart of how a global science and technology company keeps its operations running. As an IT Project Manager within the Foundation Solutions team, you will lead end to end delivery of critical technology projects spanning infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, workplace platforms, and foundational IT services. You will own the full project lifecycle: defining scope, managing budgets and resource plans, mitigating risks, and driving governance and stakeholder communication to ensure every project lands on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard. Working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders across the globe, you will ensure smooth transition of delivered solutions into operational support and continuously improve delivery practices and outcomes. In this role, your work directly shapes the technology foundations that enable the organisation to operate, innovate, and grow.

Who You Are

- You bring 8 or more years of experience delivering infrastructure and technology focused IT projects , with a track record of on time, on budget delivery to a high standard.
- You have hands on experience managing projects involving cloud platforms, networks, cybersecurity, workplace technologies, data centres, telecommunications, or enterprise infrastructure services.
- You are skilled in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests with rigour.
- You are comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, and with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with technical teams, vendors, and senior business stakeholders, and you build strong relationships that keep projects moving forward.
- You hold a Project Management Professional certification or equivalent, or are actively working towards one.
- Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with GxP requirements is an advantage.
- You are proficient in English.
