Reporting to the Dean of Nursing, the NCLEX Success Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the Vocational Nursing (VN) Program Directors, coordinating with the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI) for services, NCLEX orientation and NCLEX preparation of students in the Vocational Nursing program. This is a non-nursing position.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Assists Program Directors and designated lead faculty with completing ATI and NCLEX
planning for each semester and term.
2. Assists Program Directors and faculty in evaluating and creating new initiatives to
improve NCLEX performance.
3. Communicate with ATI staff and submit rosters of students, order books, and schedule
Capstone, ATI Live Review and Virtual ATI.
4. Coordinate and oversee ATI testing processes.
5. Collaborate with the Program Directors to create the ATI orientation schedule for
faculty and students at all campuses.
6. Coordinate and provide ATI orientation and training for faculty and students at all
campuses.
7. Collaborate with Programs Directors and faculty to incorporate ATI tools, including
preparatory courses (Virtual ATI) into the curriculum.
8. Analyze dashboard and progress toward a path to NCLEX success and evaluate thetracking tools and present to the Program Directors and faculty.
9. Assist Program Directors and faculty in identifying students at risk for failure and
coordinate faculty coaching to improve performance.
10. With the Program Directors and faculty, assess evaluation feedback from students and
faculty about ATI and NCLEX support to improve strategies for future success.
11. Prepare periodic reports to track each student’s performance on ATI tests, course
mastery exams, proctored exams and comprehensive predictor exams for the Program
Directors and Dean in collaboration with designated lead faculty member.
12. Coordinate end of term panel consisting of Program Directors, designated lead faculty
members, assigned faculty coach to assess student readiness for NCLEX.
13. Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants are required to have the following:
1. Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing
2. Experience with and knowledge of ATI
3. Ability to travel to different campus sites.
4. Able to work both weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
