- Build recruiter enablement tools, messaging guidance, and best-practice resources that help recruiters consistently attract and engage candidates.
- Advance inclusive recruitment marketing practices that broaden candidate reach, strengthen representation in pipelines, and reflect Wawa’s values and culture.
- Monitor external recruitment marketing trends, competitive practices, and emerging tools to identify opportunities to strengthen Wawa’s employment brand and candidate attraction strategy.

Essential Functions:

- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Apply analytical thinking and a data-informed mindset to interpret recruitment metrics, draw meaningful conclusions, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Foster a culture of learning by sharing knowledge and coaching others on recruitment marketing best practices.

- Ability to interpret campaign, source, and candidate funnel data and translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable improvements.
