Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with team coordination to ensure high safety and productivity standards.
This position is designed for an individual ready to develop the leadership skills necessary for a future Supervisor role!
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will :
- Drive Daily Operational Excellence: Assist in directing workflow, monitoring SLAs, and stepping in for the Operations Supervisor during absences to maintain continuous, high-quality site performance.
- Mentor and Manage Team Members: Lead, train, and onboard new hires, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in their roles.
- Maintain Strict Safety and Security Standards: Enforce full compliance with organizational safety protocols, facility security policies, and industry regulations to safeguard employee safety and customer data.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically within a coordinator or lead hand capacity.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-volume facilities.
- Proven ability in problem-solving ,team communication and strong leadership skills
- Education/Certification: High School Diploma is required; industry-standard certifications (e.g., Forklift, OSHA) are highly preferred.
