Position Overview
The Staff Development Assistant provides administrative and front-office support while serving as a welcoming first point of contact for guests, staff, and volunteers during the work week. This role supports staff development processes, calendars, records, office operations, and recurring supply coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is service-minded, organized, accurate, and able to balance guest-facing responsibilities with detailed administrative work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
•  Communicate and represent the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited
•  Welcome guests, answer phone calls, and distribute mail and materials to church staff
•  Manage front-desk correspondence and reception duties
•  Provide accurate data entry, filing, document support, and other clerical assistance
•  Operate office equipment and maintain supplies for the business offices and mailroom
•  Assist with coordinating semester-based and other designated recurring supply orders
•  Sort and route incoming materials and support day-to-day office and ministry operations
•  Manage calendars and appointments for designated pastors
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
•  Assist the Staff Development Director with staff hiring processes
•  Lead, serve, and support during weekend services and special events
•  Serve in a designated ministry area at the Broadcast Campus during weekend services
•  Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills
•  Authentic and growing relationship with Jesus and a passion for evangelism
•  Strong alignment with Church Unlimited's mission, values, and culture
•  Warm, professional, and service-oriented communication style
•  Detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
•  Ability to work quickly and accurately while balancing multiple priorities
•  Above-average computer and technical skills, including office software and data entry
•  Discretion and sound judgment when handling staff, applicant, and church information
•  Self-starter with a positive, flexible, teachable, and collaborative attitude
