Job Description

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Packaging Associate in our Laconia, NH location.

Primary Function:

Ensures parts are packed according to packing instructions, as well as counted accurately and protected against damage during shipment.

Essential Functions:

- Box and package parts to customer specifications.
- Crate, mask, as well as package parts.
- Follow the shipping lead person’s directions during the course of the day.
- Other duties as assigned.
- May cross train to other jobs as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

- Works on assignments that are routine/semi routine in nature.
- Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions and notes for specific packaging.
- Ability to communicate issues to Lead and/or Supervisor.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Preferred:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
