About this role

Description

Do you want to shape how viewers discover their next favorite show? Prime Video is building a marketing campaign intelligence system that will change how our marketing teams and agency partners plan, target, and measure campaigns across social media, streaming platforms, and publishing channels. We are looking for a strategic, data-savvy Senior Product Manager to lead this effort.

In this newly created role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for AI-native internal tools that help marketers run more effective campaigns, grow streaming engagement, and bring new customers to Prime Video. You will own the full product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and writing technical specifications to partnering with UX designers and engineers to ship working software. This is a multi-year investment with executive visibility, and you will use AI throughout the product development process itself to accelerate how you define requirements, prototype solutions, and validate ideas.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the marketing campaign intelligence system, aligning priorities with Prime Video's marketing and customer acquisition goals
- Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to translate business and functional requirements into AI-native product features, from concept through launch
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, asset development product managers, and agency partners to integrate campaign strategy and performance feedback into AI-powered automation systems
- Analyze campaign performance data, customer behavior trends, and market signals to inform product decisions and measure outcomes against defined success criteria
- Write clear product documents, including vision narratives, technical specifications, and launch plans, and present them to cross-functional leadership to drive alignment

A day in the life
Your work is proactive and roadmap-driven. You might start the morning reviewing campaign results with marketing stakeholders, then move into a design review with UX and engineering to refine an AI-powered feature. Afternoons could include writing product requirements, syncing with asset development teams on integration points, or presenting your strategy to leadership. You operate with a high degree of independence while collaborating closely across functions. There are no direct reports, but your influence reaches across Prime Video's marketing organization and external agency partners.

About the team
Our team sits within Prime Video and builds intelligent marketing automation products that help drive awareness of Prime Video titles and brand. We work with marketers, engineers, designers, and agencies to create AI-native tools that make campaigns more effective and efficient. This is a growing investment area with the potential to expand across Prime Video's broader AI automation initiatives, giving you the opportunity to build deep expertise in AI product development and take on increasing scope over time.
