Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday scheduled to work 7:30a – 4p. This is a hybrid position working one day per week from home. On-site work to be completed at our Administrative Office building and Eastpark Medical Center.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

- Provide leadership support with management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of management and department teams.
- Help prepare reports, research issues and update policies, procedures, manuals, and administrative tools.
- Help facilitate technology needed for educational offerings and create evaluation tools for classes.
- Support the UW Health Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

- No minimum education required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

- 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
- 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
- Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
