Video Content Creator

Netsmart is looking for a Video Content Creator to bring fresh ideas and powerful storytelling to our brand. You’ll create engaging video content that showcases our solutions, clients, culture and industry presence through everything from client testimonials and campaign creative to internal videos and event footage. Working across teams, you’ll take ideas from concept to compelling visual content while helping us find new and creative ways to tell the Netsmart story.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage internal and external branding materials including PowerPoint graphics, video content, photography and web design elements
- Translate mockups into reusable components
- Develop marketing collateral to support individual products and business units
- Maintain and contribute to our style guide to ensure an efficient design and development process and one coherent experience
- Be a champion for quality and the guardian of the details. Help team understand and appreciate the impact of good design and what it takes to make it happen

Qualifications
Required

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Advanced user of Adobe Creative suites in particular Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- Basic video editing experience with Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, using provided content story boards and stock video access.
- Basic PowerPoint presentation designer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes designers, solution marketers and product experts and across the business

Preferred

- Experience in design and creative services with a portfolio of graphic design work covering traditional and digital applications
