Job Description

Are you a collaborative leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service to clients? Join our Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking Operations Global Fee Management team, where you'll lead a group of fee and pricing professionals responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, invoicing, and fee administration for a diverse client base.

In this role, you'll combine people leadership, operational oversight, risk management, and strategic problem-solving to support critical fee management activities that directly impact the client experience and business performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of fee analysts responsible for pricing, billing, invoicing, and fee administration activities.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable pricing and invoicing solutions for clients across Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to support client onboarding, implementation efforts, and ongoing maintenance of pricing and fee arrangements.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

- Provide subject matter expertise and support the implementation of technology and process enhancements that improve efficiency and client service.

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring service quality and adherence to established standards.

- Monitor and manage operational risk by identifying process gaps, strengthening controls, and mitigating financial and regulatory exposure.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.

- Contribute to department budgeting activities and help achieve operational and financial performance goals.

- Participate in evaluating, recommending, and implementing operational systems, process improvements, and business initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in trust and securities operational functions
- Three to five years of management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of trust and securities operational functions, systems, procedures, products and services
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking business lines and clients
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills, including a well-developed knowledge of human resources
- Ability to manage multiple, unrelated tasks

Location Expectations

This role requires working from the U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
