The Facilities Maintenance will service the day to day operational facility needs, in-house repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance to all Boathouse locations. This position is a full time opportunity. This is a full time position, benefits eligible after introductory period, including health, dental, life and short term disability. The position will be responsible to and evaluated by the Sr. Director, Operations and Events

Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities: Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by this position.

- Must enthusiastically represent RIVERSPORT by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.

- Assist with day-to-day facilities repairs and needs

- Assist with building janitorial needs

- Assist with landscape maintenance and lawn care

- Assist with maintenance and repairs of bicycles, kayaks, SUPs, dragon boat and other program preparation needs (including leagues, group events, etc.)

- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Must be at least 16 years old

- Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends when required

- Interest in the expansion of Oklahoma City through the Oklahoma River and the RIVERSPORT Foundation mission.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Training: CPR, AED and First Aid certified (will provide training if necessary)

Experience: No experience is required

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in various environments, heat/cold, etc.

- Able to push, pull, and lift at least 75 pounds

- Able to stoop, bend, stand and walk up to 8 hours
