Job Purpose:
- As a Greeter at ROCK-N-SAKE, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Provide directions and basic information to customers.
- Answer phones and manage the waiting list efficiently.
- Maintain a personable and presentable demeanor.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in your role.
Qualifications
Availability:
- Must be able to work Friday or Saturday night
Required Education:
- No prior experience or education level needed
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Recommended Experience:
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Familiarity with managing waiting lists and answering phones is beneficial
