What You’ll Do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will help consumers across the nation make impactful financial decisions and achieve freedom from high-interest debt.
- Consult & Assess: Field incoming national inquiries and examine client income, assets, and monthly expenses.
- Develop Solutions: Work directly with potential clients to build custom financial plans that reduce high-interest debt obligations.
- Guide & Enroll: Walk clients step-by-step through our proven debt resolution programs to put them on the path to financial relief.
Available Shifts
Choose a consistent Monday–Friday schedule that fits your lifestyle:
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Qualifications & Attributes
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a genuine interest in helping people over the phone.
- Self-Motivated & Reliable: Driven to achieve performance goals while operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to examine bills, gather accurate facts, and manage multiple tasks using standard PC systems.
- Background: Experience in inside sales, call centers, financial services, collections, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Bilingual Skills: English / Spanish bilingual capability is preferred, but not required.
