Job Description:
We are looking for Business Solutions Manager North America based in Bogota, Colombia.
The Manager, Business Solutions North America serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, digital enablement, and intelligent automation across the North America region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Business Solutions, this role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable solutions that improve employee experience, strengthen service delivery, optimize HR operations, and support organizational transformation.
The Manager collaborates across HR, Global Services, CSS, Technology, and Global Experience Owners to identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital innovation. Through proactive stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, and strong project leadership, this position helps shape and execute the Business Solutions agenda while ensuring alignment with business priorities and the broader HR and GSPS operating model.
This role serves as a key escalation point for complex operational issues, facilitates business transformation initiatives, and champions a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery. This role will require maintaining high levels of confidentiality, trust and integrity in the handling of sensitive matters. He/she adheres to established standards and guidelines and treats the workforce with dignity and respect.
Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement & Intelligent Automation (40%)
- Support large Transformation events, inclusive of Reduction in Force up to notification in partnership with BUHR, ERLR, Offboarding and Employment Law.
- Lead regional continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing employee experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery effectiveness.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement opportunities to leverage digital solutions, intelligent automation,
- Partners with Global Services, HR Technology, and functional teams to redesign processes, eliminate manual work, and improve scalability.
- Support the execution of regional and global transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and value realization.
- Utilize customer feedback, operational insights, and data analytics to identify systemic issues and drive sustainable solutions.
- Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Business Engagement, Stakeholder Management & Strategic Solutioning (35%)
- Serve as a trusted partner to Business Unit HR, People Leaders, and HR leadership, providing consultation and solutioning support for complex operational and organizational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across the HR ecosystem, including Global Services, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation, and other functional teams.
- Gather Voice of Customer feedback to identify trends, inform priorities, and influence process and technology improvements.
- Represents Business Solutions in regional and global initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and service delivery capabilities.
- Influence and support change management activities and stakeholder readiness for new processes, technologies, and operating model enhancements.
Operational Excellence, Analytics & Leadership (25%)
- Lead resolution of high-impact escalations and systemic operational issues by coordinating cross-functional resources and driving end-to-end accountability.
- Conduct AAR/Experience Sessions upon conclusion of large transformations.
- Provide BSG monthly/quarterly performance metrics, operational trends, and customer insights to identify risks, opportunities, and actions that improve service quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local legislation, company policies, governance requirements, and data privacy standards across supported processes.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development to team members, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and experience focused team environment.
- Engage in initiatives and promote a culture consistent with Our Credo, continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or a related customer-service/operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders in a regional environment.
- Proven history of continuous improvement leadership
