About this role
This Supervisor position is located in Andrews, TX and ensures the safe and quality fabrication of our tanks and wastewater products before shipment to our customers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in all aspects of manufacturing process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
- Knowledge of Production Clocking Systems
- Ability to maintain and manage schedules

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights p to 50 lbs. regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Travel less than 10%
