Job Description:

We offer university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program (9 months) . Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. And with our open-plan offices and friendly working culture, you'll have the chance to learn from senior managers who can help you in your future career.

Location : Wroclaw, Poland

Mandatory Requirements: Enrolled at a University for the duration of the internship, part time (30 hours) availability for 9 months, Polish & English on an advanced professional level is essential for this role

What you'll do

·        Support the development of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

·        Assist in building and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

·        Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives through process mapping, testing, and documentation activities.

·        Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance business processes.

·        Participate in innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects.

·        Analyze business requirements and propose technology-driven improvements.

·        Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

·        Support knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and innovation events.

What you'll need

·        Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and maintaining student status throughout the internship.

·        Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferably Wrocław University of Science and Technology).

·        Basic knowledge of AI concepts and automation technologies.

·        Basic programming skills, preferably Python; knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or similar languages is an advantage.

·        Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or above).

·        Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we'd prefer you bring

·        Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

·        Interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and process automation.

·        Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.

·        An innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore new ideas.

·        Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

·        Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

·        The drive to seek out what is next and deliver impactful outcomes.

·        Comfort working in a hybrid environment.
