Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large-scale application migration and modernization programs, ensuring successful execution across all migration phases, including application implementation, DevSecOps gates, observability gates, operational readiness, and production deployment, while driving adherence to committed timelines.
- Drive program governance by tracking application-level milestones, dependencies, risks, and phase completion status for NGDC and other strategic technology initiatives, providing regular status updates and insights to leadership, stakeholders, and client management teams.
- Collaborate with a broad stakeholder community across multiple teams and organizations, engaging with application owners, engineering teams, program managers, business leaders, and client stakeholders to gather status, drive accountability, address concerns, and ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate resolution of program escalations and blockers at the CIO and application portfolio level through effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on delivery execution and governance rather than technical troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, Excel reports, and PowerPoint presentations to analyze migration data, track progress against milestones, identify risks and trends, and provide actionable insights for senior management and client leadership decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and advanced Excel-based reports on a daily and weekly basis to track migration progress, monitor key milestones, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in application migration, cloud modernization, and enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboard creation, reporting, and executive-level presentations; proficiency in PowerPoint for leadership and client communications.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client engagement, and program coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across large organizations and leadership teams.
- Experience working across migration lifecycle phases, including application onboarding, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, operational readiness, production deployment, and post-migration stabilization
- Well Versed in Usage of LLM's
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $140,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
