Full Pay Range: $19.53 to $27.33
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
COMMERCIAL SALES
Full Time Sales Support Coordinator 1 – La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. offers a variety of fuel options to business fleet customers including diesel, compressed natural gas (CNG), unleaded, and other fuels. Sales Support Coordinators are responsible for maintaining commercial accounts by building and maintaining positive relationships with their assigned accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead application and account setup processes for new credit card accounts
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide day-to-day support of their fuel accounts to meet these needs
- Answer calls on shared phone line, assisting guests with requests and feedback over the phone or directing them to the appropriate internal department
- Manage accounts in an internal database and sales management software, and work directly with a third-party partner to assist in some customer service requests
- Demonstrate and communicate the value our product offerings can add to new and potential businesses
- Assist sales reps by identifying and communicating potential opportunities and risks related to existing accounts
- Proactively solicit, respond to, and resolve any client requests, concerns and questions in a professional and timely manner
- Manage assigned book of business by regularly checking in with guests and providing customer service and education to retain and grow fuel gallons
- Provide client training and education on fuel card-related products and services
- Any other tasks needed to ensure good customer / client relations are maintained
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in an office environment
- Ability to find success in a changing environment
- Proven level of exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to represent and promote Kwik Trip, Inc. in a professional manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate self-initiative
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong organizational, phone, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and sales management software (preferred)
- Knowledge / experience with the transportation, fleet, trucking, and/or fuel industries is a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Work Schedule: This is an hourly position, Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
