Job Summary:
All DARRAN Employees are responsible for understanding and applying DARRANs Quality Policy to ensure that quality objectives are met. All Employees are to fulfill the training requirements, follow procedures, and utilize their knowledge, abilities and skills while performing all responsibilities in a manner that ensures the quality expectations and requirements of every internal and external customer are met and exceeded.
Employees must show respect for others, use good decision making, personally sacrifice for the teams benefit, share in the teams workload, take responsibility for action items, follow good communication processes, and take responsibility for all actions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrive at workstation on time.
- Make sure work area is clean and safety standards are followed.
- Ability to read ticket.
- Make sure lacquer booth is clean and trash free.
- Check gun to make sure it is working properly.
- Wipe unit off.
- Spray init with lacquer.
- Check unit for lacquer runs and dry spray.
- Make sure unit is trash free.
