St. John Vianney High School in Kirkwood, Missouri, offers a Catholic, college-preparatory education that transforms boys into exceptional men of character accomplishment. Sponsored by the Society of Mary, Vianney has educated young men in grades 9-12 since 1960. Vianney seeks a Principal to begin in the 2027-2028 school year.
Reporting to the school President, the Principal is responsible for leading and delivering the spiritual, academic, and personal formation of our students.

- Practicing Catholic with a passion for Catholic education
- Able to design and deliver an extensive, innovative, and academically rigorous curriculum that ensures success for all students, based on high standards
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of instructional and administrative development
- Experience with the most recent research and education models as it relates to an all-boys teaching and learning environment
- Capable of establishing rapport and trust with students, faculty, staff, parent, and alumni communities
- Strategic leader who collaborates with the president and leadership team to elevate school performance
- Skilled at identifying, developing, and retaining high-quality educators, dedicated to delivering a transformational, faith-based educational experience
- Well-versed in creating the conditions for market leadership in a highly competitive, Catholic college preparatory environment; familiarity with the St. Louis market preferred
- Advanced degree in the field of education with a minimum of five years instructional and administrative experience
