Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Press / Print Operating Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate printing equipment while ensuring jobs meet production, quality, and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed job orders and identify and correct potential errors or problems
- Set up and adjust press equipment to meet job specifications
- Monitor product quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed
- Monitor equipment during production and report mechanical issues to maintenance
- Start and run jobs according to the production schedule
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Meet established standards for production output, waste, and spoilage
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production logs and related paperwork accurately
- Operate equipment that may include complex multi-color and multi-process inline equipment and high-speed multi-color digital presses with finishing capabilities
Your Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, Monday - Friday
You Must Have:
- Mechanical and technical skills or aptitude
- Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization
- Ability to operate equipment to meet established production and quality standards
- Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements Within This Position:
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
We Would Also Prefer:
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Experience in a production-related environment
