About Fora
Fora is the modern travel agency, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs to build thriving travel advisory businesses. We're modernizing the $100B+ travel industry with AI woven through every part of the advisor's workflow, plus global supplier relationships, personalized training, and a vibrant community, all in one place. That's what lets advisors build businesses that scale, while their taste and service create trips no algorithm alone could plan. At the heart of it all is our mission: to help the next generation of travel entrepreneurs turn their love for travel into a fulfilling career, whether full-time or part-time.
We're mission-driven and obsessed with our customers, and we believe humans and AI are both essential: the best work here comes from people and technology at their best, together. That's not just a philosophy about our product, it's how we build our team. Everyone at Fora gets hands-on with frontier AI tooling as part of the job. At Fora, you'll learn to be AI-fluent, with real experience applying AI to solve problems day to day, wherever you sit in the company.
Founded in 2021, Fora has grown to a team of 250+ full-time employees based in downtown New York City . In 2026, we closed a $60 million Series D led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with continued backing from Thrive Capital, Insight Partners, and Heartcore Capital. We've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup (2024), one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies (2023 and 2025), and one of TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies (2026).
Come build something that hasn't existed before.
About The Role
Fora is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to evolve the operating infrastructure behind the advisor commercial journey - from prospect qualification and conversion through the systems, workflows, intelligence, and service operations that support advisors as they grow.
This role expands Sales Operations beyond CRM and systems support into broader ownership of how the commercial motion functions day to day. You’ll connect qualification, qualification, routing, CRM architecture, revenue intelligence, advisor servicing, and enablement working as one system.
You’ll bring a systems mindset to operational problems: identifying the pattern behind individual requests, eliminating manual work where possible, and determining when the right solution is better process design, automation, AI and agency capacity.
You'll partner with Sales and Advisor Services leadership on priorities and funnel design, and with the Director, Revenue Operations & MarTech on architecture and tradeoffs, then turn those decisions into the systems, workflows, and reporting the teams actually run on.
What You'll Drive
- Sales & advisor operating model: Drive how agreed commercial processes run - qualification, routing, stage progression, handoffs, conversion, and ongoing advisor support. Find the friction points and fix the pattern, not the one-off.
- CRM strategy & infrastructure: Guide the expansion of Fora's CRM - lead routing, portal access and qualification logic, data integrity, audience segmentation, integrations, and communication flows to support commercial growth at scale. You're hands-on in the tool, but you think in operating strategy, not tickets. CRM ownership is an outcome of that strategy, not the job itself.
- Revenue intelligence & funnel optimization: Partner with Sales, Advisor Services leaders, and Data to build full visibility into funnel health, signup qualification, conversion, velocity, drop-off, cohorts, routing effectiveness, and acquisition cost. Work with the broader RevOps team on lead scoring and attribution to find high-performing sources, then turn the insights into experiments, workflow changes, and operational fixes.
- Advisor Services & Operational Leverage: Drive RevOps initiatives end-to-end across Sales and Advisor Services, from problem definition through execution and adoption with clear visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies. Refine workflows, handoffs, tools, and enablement, using automation, AI, and agency support to cut manual work and build support that scales.
- Automation & operational scale: Find the manual, repetitive work that won't scale - data movement, routing, matching and redesign it through automation, AI, self-service, or outside capacity. Get ahead of where volume will strain the system.
- Agency & partner management: Oversee relationships, including Levver and Hubspot, to extend delivery and transformation capacity, using outside partners to speed up system work and reduce manual effort, while keeping ownership of the problem, requirements, and outcomes in-house.
- Tool usability & enablement: Own whether the systems Sales and Advisor Services run on are usable, understood, and adopted, workflows, documentation, training, continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or adjacent functions.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, qualification, routing, conversion, pipeline management, and commercial workflows.
- Track record driving multiple concurrent projects across teams, with strong follow-through.
- Deep CRM expertise workflow design, architecture, automation, data hygiene, reporting, and enablement. HubSpot experience helps, but this isn't an admin role.
- Comfortable in the broader GTM stack prospecting/enrichment tools, BI platforms, and data activation systems including Clay and Hightouch.
- Strong analytical judgment using operational and funnel data to find bottlenecks and drive improvements paired with commercial curiosity about how better systems and advisor experiences drive growth.
- A systems thinker who looks past the individual request to the underlying process, tool, or workflow problem and knows when to fix it through redesign, automation, AI, agency support, or internal investment.
- Strong operational instincts around usability, enablement, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing vendors or specialist partners while maintaining strong internal ownership.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Advisor Services, GTM, Product, Product Ops, Engineering, Data, and external partners.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience designing AI-driven and agentic workflows and automation
- Previous experience in a marketplace or two-sided motion environment
- Background in a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
