About this role
About EdgeUno
EdgeUno is a US-based technology infrastructure company headquartered in Miami, with a strong operational presence across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador. We enable digital businesses to scale with high performance and reliability by providing connectivity, IP Transit, private networks, data centers, bare metal, and cloud solutions to ISPs, hyperscalers, content providers, and global technology companies.
Through our own infrastructure platform and strategic interconnection with major global hubs, we deliver low latency, security, and operational resilience across the Americas and beyond.
Role Overview
EdgeUno is scaling fast, and this role exists to make sure the company hires the right people, at the right pace, with a process that is clear, documented, and repeatable. We are seeking a disciplined, autonomous recruiter who owns the full talent acquisition function, from intake to onboarding, and acts as the connection between hiring managers, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), People & Culture, and candidates across all regions.
This is a high-ownership, high-tempo role in a fast-moving, execution focused company. The person must be proactive, structured, and detail-oriented, comfortable under pressure and shifting priorities, and able to protect the quality of the process through clear written records, even when decisions move quickly.
A defining requirement for this position is fluency with artificial intelligence tools. We expect the Talent Acquisition Analyst to use AI daily as a force multiplier across sourcing, candidate evaluation, drafting, reporting, and workflow automation. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.
Key Responsibilities
1. Intake, Role Definition, and Stakeholder Alignment
- Run intake sessions with hiring managers and leadership to define scope, title, seniority, location, contract model, and compensation range before a search begins.
- Confirm formal approval of each position through the requisition process and document any change in requirements, title, or seniority in writing, with date and approver.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the SLT to keep every search aligned, flagging risks such as budget gaps, seniority mismatches, or delayed approvals.
- Provide regular written status updates on pipelines, including daily or weekly summaries for senior leadership when requested.
2. Sourcing, Screening, and Assessment
- Source proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and partner networks for roles across infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, data center, software, product, and commercial operations.
- Run structured HR interviews and document each evaluation consistently.
- Administer and interpret behavioral and skills assessments, including Culture Index, flagging exceptions to leadership right after screening and before interviews are scheduled.
- Evaluate English proficiency using the company's leveling method
- Coordinate interview panels and collect structured feedback from technical interviewers.
3. Finalist Evaluation, Reference Checks, and Offers
- Conduct and document external reference checks.
- Consolidate interview feedback, assessment results, and references into a clear finalist summary with a recommendation and its reasoning.
- Prepare and negotiate offers within approved ranges, managing compensation conversations without disclosing internal budget logic.
- Coordinate approvals and manage the contracting path for each country
- Communicate benefits clearly by country and office, and coordinate travel logistics for in-person interviews or visits when needed.
4. Systems, Process, and Documentation
- Own BambooHR as the system of record: applications, statuses, notes, assessment reports, signed documents, and offer records.
- Maintain interview invite templates and workflows in Outlook and Teams, and keep process documentation current.
- Build and maintain a written trail of decisions, approvals, and requirement changes for every search.
- Identify and implement automations that remove manual work, such as attaching assessment reports and signed documents to candidate profiles.
- Produce pipeline, funnel, and time-to-hire reporting for leadership.
5. AI Enablement and Productivity
- Use AI tools as a daily operating layer across sourcing, outreach drafting, interview synthesis, candidate evaluation write-ups, reporting, and process documentation.
- Design and refine AI-assisted workflows that reduce turnaround time and improve the quality and consistency of the recruiting process.
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI tools and automation into recruiting and people operations, and support their adoption across the team.
- Apply sound judgment and confidentiality when using AI, validating outputs and protecting candidate and employee data.
Requirements
- English B2+
- 4+ years of hands-on technical recruiting in high-growth tech, telecom, cloud, infrastructure, consulting, or similar high execution environments.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, software, or similar technical roles.
- Experience negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations on compensation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline reporting and data analysis in any tool.
- Familiarity with behavioral or psychometric assessments (Culture Index, Mettl, or similar) is a plus.
AI Proficiency
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Active use of large language models and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot for drafting, analysis, and decision support.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools across the recruiting workflow, including candidate research and sourcing, meeting intelligence and note-taking (such as Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, or Granola), and reporting.
- Ability to build AI-assisted and automated workflows using tools such as Zapier or Make to connect systems and remove manual, repetitive work.
- Strong judgment on when and how to apply AI, including the ability to verify outputs, protect confidential information, and maintain quality control over anything AI helps produce.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Opportunity to own the entire talent acquisition function and work directly with senior leadership.
- Exposure to regional hiring across Latin America and to stakeholders across several countries.
- Professional development and growth opportunities.
- A collaborative, multicultural, and execution focused environment where individual results have a visible impact.
