Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice
Per Diem | Private-Duty Home Care | Belleville, NJ
Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home in Belleville, New Jersey .
This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, compassionate care, and the opportunity to apply their clinical expertise in a home care setting.
Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601 and surrounding areas
Position Details
- Per diem position
- One-on-one private-duty home care
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available
- Pay:
$55.00 per hour
$125.00 per RN visit
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care
- Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
