What You Will Do:
- Develop, enhance, test, debug, and support software solutions for GTM commercial business applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Partner with business users to understand functional and data requirements, assess existing processes, and recommend effective technology solutions.
- Independently lead the design, development, implementation, and testing of moderately complex software solutions while managing increasingly challenging technical assignments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and functionality, and drive the resolution of technical issues with guidance from senior team members as required.
- Collaborate with developers, quality assurance analysts, business partners, and other cross-functional teams to align solution designs, clarify requirements, prevent software defects, and support successful implementation.
- Serve as a technical resource for new team members by providing guidance on development environments, standards, operational processes, application functionality, and component architecture.
- Support business and client priorities by ensuring development activities and technology solutions are appropriately aligned with business needs and expected outcomes.
Who You Are:
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with 2 or more years of web application development experience.
- You have hands-on development experience with technologies such as Java, web services, CSS, XML/XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JUnit, and Oracle SQL.
- Experience developing and implementing web applications using N-tier architecture, along with knowledge of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, Spring framework, data structures and algorithms, multithreading, synchronization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, source code management, unit testing, and preferably Agile development practices.
- You bring strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- You are an effective communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and demonstrate a strong customer-service mindset when working with business partners.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques such as JSON, ORM, C#, IIS, ASP. Net
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD and automated test execution experience with tools such as GIT, Azure DevOps, Ansible
- Experience with IT operations, automation, Cloud computing, and monitoring and logging
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, as well as industry specific regulations, such as NAESB, FERC, SOX, etc.
- Proficiency using Agile methodology is prefered.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary:
- Ranges from $70,000 – $105,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
