By harnessing generative AI (GenAI), we aim to transform our operations, enhance our products, and create new growth opportunities at GE Vernova. As a part-time AI Program Support Associate, you will support the Financial Services business in bringing AI to the forefront of how we work.  You will manage the AI initiative with the objective of improving efficiency and deliver tangible business value to commercial teams utilizing GEV-wide AI capabilities.  You will be a primary point of interface with GEV-wide AI resources, an enabler that will bring a pipeline of AI “ideas” to fruition, and a conduit of AI across the business ensuring the work adheres to clear standards for safety, reliability, and security.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements and feedback into actional AI roadmaps and project plans, with a clear schedule of delivery over the next 6-9 months.  Develop a system for cataloging AI tools and owners across FS to facilitate sharing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:  Facilitate between AI data science teams, DT infrastructure teams, and GEV FS business colleagues across various functions.
- Project Execution:  Manage development and roll out of AI tools currently in “prototype” and “proof of concept” stages as generated by the business to ensure the proper functionality and output is appropriate to share across users.
- AI Governance: Provide thought leadership on any necessary AI Governance or Steering Committee validation required to ensure AI is used appropriately and within policies.
- Pilot participation: Provide valuable feedback on Amazon Quick and MS Co-pilot to GEV, as well as gain expertise in the available suite of tools to commercialize their benefits to business users.
- Idea generator: Utilize experience and understanding of GEV Financial Services functions to generate ideas and self-start on developing useful AI tools.
- Change Management:  Strive for identification and implementation of a business-wide financial services AI solution, drive acceptance and adoption by clearly articulating value proposition. Providing training and demonstration to AI tools through establishing a Monthy AI Office Hours Rhythm, including preparation of agenda, materials, and co-hosts.
- Performance Monitoring: Assisting with developing and tracking KPIs related to AI impact to the business.
- From time-to-time support other GE Vernova Financial Services strategic initiatives and special projects as time allows.

Required Qualifications:

- Enrolled in an MBA program graduating in 2027.  Quantitative or finance academic background with a GPA of 3.5 or above (out of a 4.0 scale).
- Experience in the energy sector, financial services, and AI literacy.
- Project management skills.  Track record of providing on-time deliverables.
- Team or leadership experience.
- Motivation and ability to be a self-starter.
- Responsiveness to junior and senior level inquiries.
- Skilled communicator who writes clearly and concisely.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week, with agreed windows of availability, including up to 40% in-office each week.

- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States (e.g., U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
- The required work location is Stamford, CT
