General Summary:

Role Overview

We are looking for an intern to become the technical point of contact within the Hispanic Latin America Snapdragon Compute team. Working closely with the regional technical team, the intern will build a strong understanding of Snapdragon-powered PCs and help translate that knowledge into practical guidance for promoters, sales representatives, and channel partners.

This is a learning role with increasing responsibility. The intern will support common technical questions and partner activities while working with Qualcomm specialists on issues that require deeper investigation or an official technical response.

Key Responsibilities

- Build technical knowledge: Participate in regular sessions with the regional technical team to learn about Snapdragon PC platforms, Windows on Arm, AI experiences, application compatibility, and new products.
- Connect technical and commercial teams: Capture recurring questions from promoters, sales representatives, and channels; work with technical specialists to obtain accurate answers; and communicate those answers in a clear, useful format.
- Support partners: Serve as an accessible first point of contact for common product and demonstration questions, keeping track of open items and escalating complex cases.
- Develop useful resources: Help create and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, product comparisons, talking points, and short technical content based on the questions partners actually ask.
- Enable product experiences: Prepare and maintain demo devices, validate key experiences, and support technical demonstrations when needed.
- Share knowledge: Contribute to webinars and training sessions for promoters, sales teams, and channels, initially alongside experienced team members and taking on presentation sections as expertise develops.

What Success Looks Like

Partners receive clear and consistent answers to common technical questions. Recurring issues reach the right specialists and are followed through. The team has current, practical resources it can reuse across Hispam, and the intern steadily develops the knowledge and confidence to explain Snapdragon PC technology.

Basic Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity about PCs, processors, Windows, AI, and how technology works in real-world use.
- Ability to investigate a question, learn from specialists, and explain the answer clearly to a nontechnical audience.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- No prior professional experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with PC hardware, Windows configuration, or software troubleshooting.
- Interest in Windows on Arm and AI Pcs.
- Experience explaining or demonstrating technology through academic or personal projects.
