Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join the team at AP House Los Angeles. As the Boutique Technical Advisor , you will play a key role in creating exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest.
The Boutique Technical Advisor is responsible for enhancing the client experience through expert technical support and after-sales service coordination for Audemars Piguet timepieces. The position supports boutique performance by contributing to sales activities, promoting brand values and products, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct watch inspections to diagnose technical issues and identify necessary repairs or interventions.
- Monitor and follow up on interventions for Audemars Piguet watches by analyzing daily reports synchronized between boutiques and Customer Service Centers.
- Perform basic technical services, including bracelet adjustments and replacements, battery changes, time setting, and waterproofness and accuracy testing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical and IT systems related to after-sales operations, including M3, UltraQuick, and CRM platforms. Manage repair-related inventory, including stock control and procurement activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate, reliable, and professional support to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring a personalized and premium customer experience.
- Support sales activities by processing transactions and providing product information and recommendations to customers.
- Actively contribute to CRM initiatives, including data collection, customer engagement, and the coordination of after-sales service activities.
- Participate with internal and external events.
Qualifications
- Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI 21 or similar certification highly preferred.
- Technical skills and related experience required.
- Demonstrate expertise on new luxury watches as well as old vintage watches; and a good general knowledge of watchmaking industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information
Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. This role is eligible for bonus. Salary will be based on relevant skills and experience.
